Loaned money for wine purchase and business machinery. Took us for over $3700, and haven't paid us a penny in 8 months. Everyday he has an excuse... We're on the low end of the amount of money that he's borrowed. The DA has several filed reports on him, there's a warrant out for his arrest in LA and Orange county. Call the Santa Ana Police Dept.
