Curtis Lunderman dba Team Lunderman Construction or Lunderman constr inc. is a felon and is not a licensed contractor. this man will offer you a low bid to build and scam you for as much money as he can. he will abondon the job and will not provide or build even if you have a contract dated and signed with a witness. we are sending warrants for arrest as soon as we know he has scamed someone exspecially women. also kenneth forbes is a person of interest in this business scam. please people call the state dbpr or your local sheriff department. please people do not give any money to him or do not hire him to build he is not licensed. i speak the truth about him because he has done this many times to others and myself. please people heads up with this guy he is dangerous will take your money with criminal intent and disappear but the law will find him. hopefully he will soon be back in prison where he belongs.
